GALLANT Joins Air Pollution Event at Glasgow City Chambers

On Friday the 25th of April, our GALLANT Community Collaboration Research team took part in an inspiring Air Pollution Event hosted by Parents for Future Scotland at the Glasgow City Chambers.

The event brought together pupils, parents, teachers, councillors, and campaigners to exchange ideas, share resources, and learn more about the local impact of air quality issues.

It was a fantastic opportunity to explore and discuss and explore how we can tackle air pollution and promote active travel in our communities.

Our team enjoyed engaging with attendees at our stall, discussing how community-led research can support cleaner, healthier streets for everyone. A standout moment was the incredible artwork produced by young people throughout the day at our stall.

We’re grateful to Parents for Future Scotland for creating space for these important conversations, and we’re looking forward to continuing our clean air and active travel work!
